Data export instructions

QuoteChase is meant to help you organize follow-up, not lock away your business records. Export your quote and customer data whenever you need your own copy.

How to export quotes

1. Log in to your QuoteChase dashboard.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find Export my data.
4. Click Export quotes CSV.

The quote export includes fields such as customer, service, quote value, status, dates, notes, lost reason, and follow-up history where available.

How to export customers

1. Log in to your QuoteChase dashboard.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find Export my data.
4. Click Export customers CSV.

The customer export is meant to help you keep a separate copy of the customer records attached to your quotes.

Plan availability

CSV export is available on paid plans. CSV import is available on Pro. If an export button is disabled, check your plan and billing status in dashboard Settings.

Before cancellation or deletion

Export your data before canceling, moving systems, or asking for account deletion if you need to keep business records. Support can answer export questions at [email protected].
