Trial explanation
The trial is meant to answer one practical question: does a daily follow-up board make your open estimates easier to work? You can add real quotes, set follow-up dates, copy templates, and see what needs attention before adding a payment method.
Billing FAQ
Is a credit card required for the trial?
No. You can create an account and start the 14-day trial without entering a card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. After you subscribe, use Manage Billing in dashboard Settings to cancel through Stripe. If you are still in the no-card trial, there is no paid subscription to cancel.
Does the product send texts automatically?
No. QuoteChase organizes the follow-up and gives you templates to copy. You send the message from your normal text or email app.
Can I switch plans later?
Solo, Pro, and Team billing starts through the dashboard. After subscribing, use Manage Billing when Stripe offers the change, or contact support and we can help adjust the account.
Are Team features available?
Yes. Team includes staff invites, separate staff logins, admin/member permission controls, quote assignment, internal notes, pipelines, activity history, and a team dashboard.
Is there an annual discount?
Not yet. QuoteChase currently lists monthly pricing only. An annual discount should only be added after it is implemented in billing.
Data-export FAQ
Yes, you can export your data. Go to dashboard Settings and use the export buttons for quote and customer CSV files. Before canceling or asking for account deletion, export the records your business wants to keep.
