What is QuoteChase?

QuoteChase is a lightweight daily follow-up board for contractors who send estimates and need to see which quotes need attention today.

Do I need to install an app?

No. QuoteChase runs in a web browser. You can use it from a desktop browser or a mobile browser without installing an app from an app store.

Will I receive email reminders?

Yes, if you turn them on in dashboard Settings and the email service is configured. Daily reminders are for due follow-ups. Pro also includes weekly summary reporting.

Can I import my spreadsheet?

Yes on Pro. Use the CSV import workflow in the dashboard to preview and import quote rows. The import template is also available from Settings.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Dashboard Settings includes Export quotes CSV and Export customers CSV. Export before canceling or requesting account deletion if you need your own copy.

Does it send texts automatically?

No. QuoteChase organizes who needs a follow-up and gives you templates to copy. You send the text or email from your normal app and number.

Can multiple team members log in?

Yes on Team. Owners and team admins can invite staff, and invited staff create separate logins. Team roles currently support owner, admin, and member permissions.

What happens after my trial?

After the 14-day no-card trial, choose Solo, Pro, or Team and complete Stripe Checkout to keep using the dashboard.

Is a credit card required for the trial?

No. You can create an account and start the 14-day trial without entering a credit card.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. After you subscribe, use Manage Billing in dashboard Settings to cancel through Stripe. During the no-card trial, there is no paid subscription to cancel.

What information should I avoid storing?

Do not store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, gate codes, alarm codes, medical information, legal documents, or other sensitive data that is not needed for quote follow-up.

How do I delete my account?

Email [email protected] from the account email and ask for account deletion. Export your quote and customer data first if you need to keep business records.

How do I reset my password?

A self-serve password reset flow is not live yet. Contact support from the account email and we will help verify the account and restore access.

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected] or use the website chat widget. The current support response expectation is within one business day.

Can QuoteChase replace my quote spreadsheet?

For many solo contractors, yes. QuoteChase is built to make due follow-ups, overdue quotes, quote value, statuses, and missing next actions easier to see than a spreadsheet.

What if I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro?

If your current field-service platform already makes quote follow-up obvious, you may not need QuoteChase. QuoteChase is for businesses that want quote follow-up without moving into a larger operational system.
