QuoteChase Terms

QuoteChase is a paid subscription product for quote follow-up tracking. Pricing, plans, features, and availability may change as the product is improved.
Product status
Solo, Pro, and Team are public plans after a 14-day no-card trial. Team includes staff invites, separate staff logins, role permissions, quote assignment, internal notes, pipelines, and activity history. Product access, billing status, and account availability may be limited, changed, paused, or discontinued if billing fails, if the product is misused, or if operational needs require it.
QuoteChase is active but still developing. Features, onboarding, pricing, reporting, support processes, and reliability may change over time.
Keep your own records
Do not rely on QuoteChase as the only copy of important customer, quote, or business records. Keep separate records for anything your business cannot afford to lose.
Data export
Dashboard Settings includes quote and customer CSV exports when export is available on your plan. Export your data before canceling, changing systems, or requesting account deletion if you need your own copy.
Backups
Operational backups or hosting-level recovery tools may be used to recover the service after technical problems. Backups are not a promise that any user can restore an exact record forever, and they do not replace your own exported business records.
Account deletion
To request account deletion, email [email protected] from the account email address. Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, billing records, or records required for legal, security, or business reasons.
Password reset and account access
A self-serve password reset flow is not live yet. Contact support from the account email address if you need help restoring access.
Keep your login details secure and notify QuoteChase if you believe account access has been lost, shared incorrectly, or compromised.
Billing and cancellation
Stripe handles payment collection, billing management, receipts, and payment method storage. QuoteChase does not store full card numbers.
After subscribing, use Manage Billing in dashboard Settings to manage or cancel billing through Stripe. If you are still in the no-card trial, there is no paid subscription to cancel.
No automatic customer messaging guarantee
QuoteChase is designed first as a quote follow-up tracker. It may provide lists, statuses, dates, notes, and copy/paste templates, but it does not guarantee that customer messages will be sent automatically or that any customer will respond.
Business results
QuoteChase can help organize quote follow-up, but it does not guarantee more booked jobs, higher revenue, customer responses, or a specific win rate. Results depend on your estimates, pricing, service quality, market, timing, and follow-up process.
Acceptable use
Do not use QuoteChase to store information you are not allowed to collect, to send unlawful or unwanted messages, to interfere with the website or dashboard, or to attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
Do not store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, gate codes, alarm codes, medical information, legal documents, or other sensitive data that is not needed for quote follow-up.
Security and providers
See the security overview for plain-language details about password hashing, HTTPS, payments, and support. Third parties such as Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, database providers, analytics, or support tools may have their own terms and policies.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as QuoteChase develops. Continued use of the website or dashboard after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Legal review
These terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before significant scale, new regulated data types, major provider changes, or new automated customer messaging features.
