Built for contractors who do not need another complicated system.
I built this because a simple problem keeps costing small service businesses money: an estimate gets sent, the workday gets busy, and nobody remembers to follow up.
This tool is intentionally focused. It is not trying to replace scheduling, invoicing, dispatch, or every other system in your business. It gives you one reliable list of quotes that still need attention.

Current product stage
QuoteChase is live for 14-day trials with no credit card required. Solo, Pro, and Team are public paid plans after the trial. Team includes staff invites, separate staff logins, role permissions, quote assignment, internal notes, pipelines, and activity history.
Support expectation
Support is available by email and through the website chat widget. The current response expectation is within one business day.
Why the product stays narrow
A lot of field-service software is built to run scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payments, and customer communication. Those tools can be useful, but they are often more system than a solo contractor needs when the real problem is simpler: open estimates are hard to see and follow up on consistently.
QuoteChase starts with the daily board: who needs attention today, which quote is overdue, how much work is still open, and what the next action should be.
Useful trust pages
You should be able to understand what is live, what is beta, how your data can be exported, and how to contact a real person before you commit to using the product.
